In most cases, no — my services are completely free to you. I earn a commission from hotels, resorts, cruise lines, and tour operators when I book on your behalf. You pay exactly the same price (or often less, thanks to my preferred partner rates and perks) as you would booking directly. It's one of travel's best kept secrets.
Booking online is easy — but getting it right is hard. I know which hotel room has the best view, which resort is actually worth the price, and which destinations are magical in October versus exhausting. I also have access to perks, upgrades, and amenities that you simply can't get on Expedia or Google. And when something goes sideways — a flight delay, a room that isn't ready — you have a real person in your corner fighting for you, not a chatbot.
I handle hotels, resorts, cruises, tours, transfers, excursions, restaurant reservations, and the full itinerary design from start to finish. I focus on the parts of travel where my expertise and relationships make a real difference — the places you stay, the things you do, and the way it all fits together. For flights, I'm happy to point you in the right direction, but I typically recommend clients book those directly so you have maximum flexibility and control if anything changes.
The earlier the better — especially for popular destinations, peak seasons, or complex multi-destination trips. For something like summer in Europe or a holiday cruise, I'd love to hear from you 6–12 months out. That said, I've pulled together incredible last-minute trips too, so don't let timing stop you from reaching out. If I can make it happen, I will.
I specialize in elevated, well-planned travel — which doesn't always mean the most expensive option, but it does mean quality over quantity. My sweet spot is clients who want a thoughtfully designed experience and are willing to invest in doing it well. If you're looking for the cheapest possible option, I'm probably not the right fit — but if you want the best experience for your budget, that's exactly what I do.
This is honestly one of the biggest reasons to work with a travel advisor. If a hotel has an issue, a transfer falls through, or plans need to change — you call me, not a customer service line. I have direct relationships with my supplier partners and I'll go to bat for you immediately. You're never on your own.
